About Bréifne Gael Brewing
Based at Cavan Enterprise Centre, Bréifne Gael Brewing is an independent microbrewery with a passion for producing honest, flavourful beer rooted firmly in Co. Cavan.
Every beer is crafted in small batches using quality ingredients, with an emphasis on working with Irish producers and suppliers wherever possible. Brewing, fermenting and packaging all take place on site, allowing the team to maintain a hands-on approach throughout the process.
The brewery’s core range includes Ór Dubh Irish Stout, Mo Chroí Irish Lager, Rua Irish Red Ale and Leann Éadrom West Cavan Pale Ale. Ór Dubh has already earned recognition, winning Gold at the 2025 Irish National Homebrewing Championship and becoming a finalist at the 2026 Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards.
