Fitspatricks Sauces

Based in Shercock, Co. Cavan, Fitzpatrick’s Gourmet Ketchup was founded by Frank Fitzpatrick and inspired by the home-cooked food and recipes of his mother. The range is produced in small batches using real food ingredients, with no additives or preservatives, and is given a distinctive Irish twist through the addition of a splash of poitín. Products include the Original Homemade Ketchup, Smoked Barbeque Ketchup and Sticky Barbeque Marinade. Fitzpatrick’s has also earned national recognition, with its Original Ketchup receiving a Great Taste Award Gold Star and its Smoked Barbeque Ketchup winning Gold at Blas na hÉireann. Visitors to the Strokestown Show Food Fair can look forward to discovering a range of flavour-packed artisan sauces created in the heart of Co. Cavan.
