Based in Loughrea, Co. Galway, Kylemore Acres produces a wide range of handmade herb and spice blends created to add great flavour to everyday cooking.
Joe and Martina make each blend by hand, using carefully selected herbs and spices with no additives. The mixes are naturally gluten-free and come with simple recipe ideas, making it easy to prepare tasty home-cooked meals without relying on artificial flavourings.
The range covers everything from Bolognese, Chilli Con Carne and Shepherd’s Pie to Irish Beef Stew, Seafood Chowder, curry blends, Cajun seasoning and herb-crusted lamb.
