Based in Co. Cavan and created by Rose Carolan, Mary-Ellen’s Meadows produces a distinctive range of Irish cordials inspired by flavours found close to home.
The range includes Wild Elderflower Cordial and the wonderfully unusual Wild Nettle Cordial, offering a refreshing alternative to conventional soft drinks and showcasing ingredients that are deeply associated with the Irish countryside.
Mary-Ellen’s Meadows gained national recognition in 2023 when Rose was selected as one of the finalists in the Grow with ALDI programme, run in partnership with Bord Bia and Invest NI. The programme saw the company’s Elderflower and Nettle Cordials stocked in ALDI stores nationwide.
