About Red Dog Artisan Foods
Based in Kilkeel, Co. Down, Red Dog Artisan Foods was founded by Californian Paul VanGelder, who brought decades of experience with American barbecue, chilli, herbs and spices to Ireland.
The range is inspired by the distinctive regional flavours of American BBQ and includes sauces and glazes, dry rubs, coatings, infused flake sea salts and sweet chilli jellies.
