About Skillet & Spice
Based in Co. Carlow, Skillet & Spice was founded by Karen Rotherham with a simple idea – to create versatile seasonings that make everyday food a little more exciting.
Its signature EVERYTHING range is hand-blended in small batches and built around sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic, onion and sea salt, with each variety bringing its own distinctive flavour. The range includes EVERYTHING Classic, EVERYTHING Italian and EVERYTHING Jalapeño, with the Jalapeño blend receiving a Silver Medal at the Irish Quality Food & Drink Awards.
Designed to be sprinkled straight onto food or used during cooking, the seasonings work across everything from eggs, pasta and baked potatoes to chicken, vegetables, wraps and sandwiches.
