Based at the Food Enterprise Hub in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon, Solas Desserts is the creation of pastry chef Elena Martinez, bringing the style and creativity of fine-dining patisserie to a wider audience.
Solas specialises in handcrafted desserts that are designed to impress both visually and on the palate. Its range includes elegant individual desserts, cakes, cookies and café-style bakes, with combinations such as citrus mousse and lemon sablé, apple and cinnamon, chocolate and hazelnut, and other imaginative seasonal creations.
The Solas family also now includes Roscommon Chocolate, adding beautifully hand-painted, small-batch artisan chocolates to its growing range.
