Based in Virginia, Co. Cavan, Sushi-Mania Kitchen was founded in 2021 with a passion for creating fresh, imaginative sushi using quality Irish and locally sourced produce wherever possible.

Sushi-Mania is particularly known for bringing together Japanese food traditions with familiar Irish ingredients and flavours, creating sushi that is fresh, colourful and a little different.
