Based in Skibbereen, Co. Cork, The Skibbereen Food Company was founded by chef Matthew Brownie and has built a reputation for producing bold, flavour-packed snacks with plenty of personality.
Its best-known range, Scratch My Pork, puts a modern twist on traditional pork crackling, with flavours including Smokey, Cajun, Salted and Salt & Vinegar. The company has since expanded its range to include Pork Crunch, air-dried steak, Nibbly Wibbly’s corn snacks and Don’t Touch My Coconuts baked coconut clusters.
