UC Nuts - Rehoboth Foods

Based in Longford town, Rehoboth Foods is the producer behind UC Nuts – “The Nut Lover’s Nut” – a range of traditionally hand-roasted nuts focused on freshness, natural flavour and simple ingredients.

Founded by Uche in 2018, the business began production the following year and has grown from a small local venture into an artisan brand stocked by selected retailers around Ireland.

Rather than using mass-production methods, UC Nuts are roasted in small batches and contain no preservatives. The range includes hand-roasted peanuts in their skins, roasted almonds and a cashew and almond mix, creating a simple but flavour-packed snack.

Visitors to the Strokestown Show Food Fair can look forward to sampling naturally roasted nuts from a passionate Longford producer with a refreshingly straightforward approach to snacking.
