We are delighted to announce that celebrity chef Edward Hayden will be joining us at Strokestown Show 2026 as a special guest in the Flavours from the Heart of Ireland Food & Drinks Tent.
Edward will take to the cookery demonstration stage for a live session from 3.30pm to 5.00pm, bringing his trademark energy, experience and passion for food to this year’s Show.
The Flavours from the Heart of Ireland Food & Drinks Tent will be one of the highlights of the day, showcasing a fantastic mix of food and drink producers, artisan businesses and live cookery demonstrations throughout the programme.
Edward’s appearance will round off a packed day of demonstrations, giving visitors the chance to see a well-known chef in action, pick up useful cooking tips and enjoy an entertaining live demonstration in the heart of the Food Fair.
With great food, local producers, tastings and demonstrations running throughout the day, the tent is set to be a lively and enjoyable part of Strokestown Show on Saturday, 12th September.
